On-Site Vendor Management: Professional, in-person oversight of all private tours, transfers, and event productions to maintain high-standard delivery.
Continuous Property Liaison: Constant, high-touch advocacy and communication with hotel management for the duration of the journey.
Professional Hosting & Atmosphere: Optional co-hosting to manage social flow, guest hospitality, and on-site atmosphere, allowing the host to remain entirely "off-duty."

Your final experience is delivered via a streamlined digital itinerary, but the work doesn't stop at takeoff. While you are traveling, Vignette remains your advocate. From proactive coordination with hotel leadership to managing the "unforeseen," we handle the friction so you can focus entirely on the experience.

Multi-destination itineraries are scaled to complexity, with every quote discussed upfront. Because our work begins the moment you do, all professional fees are paid in full at the start of our collaboration and are non-refundable; they represent the time, expertise, and advocacy already invested in your journey. Base fees are structured for two travelers and scaled for complexity and duration. If you need an expedited turnaround, we'll always discuss any rush fees upfront — and honestly, we'll probably still make it look effortless.
